 FAQs

  • Our teams vary widely in ability level, ranging from entry-level teams filled with new climbers looking to master the fundamentals of climbing movement, to advanced-level teams working on projecting the hardest climbs in the gym, perfecting their competition mindset and tactics, and training hard to improve their weaknesses.

  • Memberships are billed every 4 weeks, with the price varying depending on the team you are on.

     
    Our Adult Teams are charged at £144 per 4 weeks, with our Junior Teams ranging from £108 - £216 depending on the length of their weekly training sessions (shorter sessions for ages 6 - 10, and longer training sessions for the older and more advanced Junior Teams).

    *Please note that these prices do not include entry to the climbing wall.

  • Our coaches run Adult (aged 18+) and Junior (aged 6-10 & 10-18) Climbing Teams, training together in weekly sessions across a host of London Climbing Centres.

  • At the end of each 4 week training cycle, all the team coaches meet with our Head Coach at Catalyst Climbing, Louis Parkinson. The coaching team discuss the previous cycle of training and the goals of their various teams before Louis designs and sends out the session plans for all our teams!

  • In order to receive a personalised training plan, you'll be asked to fill out a short questionnaire to give detail on your goals and time availability for training. Your Coach will then create a personalised plan for you to follow, including planned on-the-wall sessions, conditioning, stretching and fingerboarding.
